Alarm Analyzer

LT 2000 includes a leak analyzer system to evaluate all of the information collected and generate a probability of leak alarm. The analyzer is very effective in filtering non-events such as pump starts, tank switches and other events that might momentarily appear as an alarm condition.

The alarm analyzer utilizes the following parameters:

• Linepack alarm
• Linepack change
• Pressure deviations
• Flow deviations
• Meter imbalances
• Product compressibility

The default limits typically work for most pipelines but can be adjusted if needed.
