  • attend mandatory BAYSA Spring and Fall meetings
  • assist coaches with filing protests
3rd VP / Scheduler Handle scheduling activities within the club and between the club and BAYSA.
  • All club scheduling
  • BAYSA scheduler liaison responsible for entering game fields
  • attend mandatory BAYSA Spring and Fall meetings
  • schedule all in-house games
  • schedule practice times
  • coordinate rain-outs and reschedules with BAYSA

  • Verify teams and fields are turned into BAYSA on-time
Secretary Responsible for keeping minutes of club meetings and distributing them at the next club meeting and to BAYSA.
  • Attend board meetings and record minutes.
  • Present minutes for past meeting(s) for approval
  • provide copies of the minutes to board members as well as to BAYSA secretary
  • Keep records of all minutes
  • help other board members with record keeping
Treasure Responsible for management of all club funds.
  • Manage and balance club accounts

  • record registration and refund moneys

  • attend mandatory BAYSA Spring and Fall meetings

Fields Manager Responsible for the maintenance and preparation of all practice and game fields year around.
  • coordinate mowing year round
  • goal post inspections to BAYSA
  • coordinate set-up / take-down nets for games
  • coordinate field preparation for games
  • closing fields for dangerous conditions
  • periodic safety checks
  • field captains coordinator
  • plan field improvements
  • coordinate field lay-outs
  • maintenance of equipment
  • purchase equipment and supplies
Registrar Responsible for the registration of all players and the assignment of players to teams.
  • register each player
  • point contact for registration
  • team formation committee chairman
  • work with other clubs to find places for players
  • maintain player records for previous two years
  • attend mandatory BAYSA Spring and Fall meetings
  • insure registration dates and times are set in time for publication
  • set registration fees
  • contact players who are refunded
  • lookup coaches/teams for players not contacted
Uniforms Manager Responsible for ordering and distributing club uniforms to all teams.

Scorekeeper Responsible to collecting all game cards and forwarding the cards and the scores to BAYSA in a timely manner.
  • collect game cards for all teams
  • keep a coach report card for blue team approvals/denials
  • attend mandatory BAYSA Spring and Fall meetings
  • Collect from BAYSA and distribute penalty point reports for teams going to eastern district
  • contact coaches who do not turn in game cards
Coach Coordinator * Responsible for the education of coaches on how to run a team. interface with the club and BAYSA and necessary coaching skills to teach the players.

  • coordinate any local coaching clinics with BAYSA/STYSA
  • work with registrar to help find and select coaches
Referee Liaison *  
  • coordinate any local referee clinics with BASRA
  • attend BASRA meetings
  • coordinate club referees
  • back-up BASRA contact for no game coverage
Publicity *  
  • publicize club events
  • publicize registration
  • create and distribute school flyers
  • publicize activities (tournaments, etc.)
  • educate teams on how to publicize game results
Club parent (pictures) *  
  • coordinate pictures

  • liaison with selected photographer
Team Sponsorship * The club is considering changing the role of this position to be club sponsors.
